Why wasn't Rita so excited about giving Coral a Bible class anymore?
This was because Coral frequently canceled her study appointment. So perhaps because of that Rita felt that Coral did not value Bible study.

Rita also mentioned that she would like Coral not to be so disorganized, since that is why she repeatedly canceled the Bible courses.
No doubt a mistake on Rita's part was that she got angry at the many times Rita missed her Bible courses. Because of that, the treatment he gave Coral was not the best and that led to Coral missing more Bible courses. If this happens to us, let's reconsider and never take the fact that a student cancels us personally, let's remember that the message we carry is not ours but Jehovah's.
Rita was upset that Coral canceled many classes for her for no apparent reason. What also did that in the last class they had was not how loving and understanding she should have, which will also have made Coral less willing to continue classes.
Rita was losing her enthusiasm for Coral's unorganized attitude and the chaos in her life. Rita wanted to progress with the course of the Bible, to take it her way and for Coral to make changes, which was not happening and she was losing her enthusiasm.
What helped Rita regain her enthusiasm?
Undoubtedly, something very good was that she talked with her roommate who was also a witness and she helped her see both what Rita was doing wrong and what she could do to improve things, that is, regain her enthusiasm.

Proverbs 15:22 mentions that: "When there is no communication, plans fail, but with many advisers good results are achieved." Sticking to this verse of the Bible and the example shown in the video, let us not hesitate to talk with experienced brothers about the negative things that can happen to us in preaching, with their help and advice we can surely overcome them.
It helped Rita to regain her enthusiasm, to appreciate the good things in Coral, to appreciate her feelings and not think so much about what she, Rita, wanted to achieve with the course of the Bible. Nobody is perfect, Coral was not, but she had good things, and you have to value them and be understanding with her situation.
Another thing that helped Rita was seeing, thanks to her sister, that her attitude might not be being entirely correct or fair to Coral either. Each person is different, and nothing can be demanded of anyone and less if they do not share our beliefs. You have to be flexible, because it is Jehovah who plants the seed in the student and decides whether to make it germinate.
Why should we focus on the good things that those who listen to us have?
Because that is precisely what Jehovah and Jesus Christ do to attract people to the congregation, since as Psalm 130: 3 says, "If Jehovah kept a record of errors, who could stand?" Therefore we must strive to imitate our God and focus on the positive things of those who listen to us.

We must also be empathetic, that is, put ourselves in the place of the other person. Our students are learning new things and very different from what they were used to. Also perhaps by studying the Bible they have to make big changes in their life or they are going through opposition. That is why we must meditate on these details and strive for each study session to be a soothing balm for our students.
There is no one perfect. For a person to decide to study the Bible is already a very big and important step. And we must do everything in our power to help you study the bible by being flexible and understanding. It will be Jehovah who makes that seed that is already planted in your heart germinate, or who does not.
On many occasions we are so enthusiastic about our Bible study that we do not notice that the person does not yet have the same enthusiasm. And this makes us expect things from the student that will not happen because it is not the time yet and this can lower our spirits. That is why we must see and value the good things that our students have, and not what we want to achieve.
What good effect can our enthusiasm have on our students and others?
As it was said in the video, enthusiasm can be contagious and that is the effect we can achieve with our students and other people, we can infect them with our enthusiasm and that will undoubtedly make them feel very good.

Because the ministry that Jehovah has entrusted to us is too valuable to allow it to become trivial. That is why we should strive so that the attitude we reflect as we carry out Jehovah's ministry shows that we have a keen interest in declaring the good news of God.
Not demanding anything, not forcing anything has a lot of power. The student sees in us how we live and what we teach, and he draws his own conclusions, together with the enthusiasm that we reflect. All this will encourage you by yourself to gradually make changes in your lives according to your personal circumstances.
Encouraging the student, telling him his good things and qualities and the progress he makes is very good for him or her. And it will encourage you to keep studying and make changes in your lives. In this way, he will also see us as a friend he can trust, not just a teacher who is teaching him from the Bible.
