Throw your burden on Jehovah himself, and he himself will sustain you (Ps. 55:22).
Are we going through a distressing situation? It is reassuring to know that Jehovah understands our emotional distress. Know our limitations and even know what we think and feel
(Ps. 103: 14; 139: 3, 4). If we turn to Jehovah, we will receive help to cope with the difficulties that overwhelm us.
So let's talk to him often about our problems.

Emotional stress can cause us to think negative thoughts and become discouraged. If that happens to us, let us remember that Jehovah will help us. How? He invites us to share our concerns with him and assures us that he will answer our pleas (Ps. 5: 3; 1 Pet. 5: 7).

Why should we heed Jesus' warning?
when Jesus gave his prophecy about the last days, he said: "Pay attention to yourselves so that your hearts never become burdened ... by the anxieties of life", that is, the worries of daily living or, according to the note, "livelihood concerns" (Luke 21:34). Why should Christians heed this warning? Because today we face the same kinds of problems and sufferings as other people.
What problems do our brothers face?
Sometimes we are distressed by several problems at the same time. Let's look at the following examples. A Witness named John, * who suffers from multiple sclerosis, was devastated when his wife left him after nineteen years of marriage. Later, his two daughters stopped serving Jehovah. A married couple, Bob and Linda, faced different problems. The two lost their jobs and later lost their home. In addition, Linda was diagnosed with a life-threatening heart disease and an immune system disease.
