He who approaches God must believe that he exists (Heb. 11: 6).
When we conduct Bible courses with people who are not religious, we must continue to strengthen their faith that God exists. We also need to help them trust the Bible. To do this, it may be necessary to repeat certain teachings many times. In each study session, we may need to examine evidence that the Bible is the Word of God, such as some fulfilled prophecies, its scientific and historical accuracy, or its wise advice. When we show love to people, religious or not, we help them follow Christ (1 Cor. 13: 1). Our goal in teaching them the truth of the Bible is for them to understand that God loves us and wants us to love him. Every year, thousands of people are baptized who previously had little or no interest in religion but who have come to love God. So let's be positive and show sincere love and concern to all kinds of people. Let's listen to them and try to understand them. Let us teach them by our example to follow in the footsteps of Christ. w19.07 30: 16-17
What can we do to talk to people in Asia who have never thought about the existence of a Creator?
Throughout the world, many publishers meet people from Asian countries. Among them are people who come from places where governments restrict religious activity. In various Asian countries, many have never seriously thought about the existence of a Creator. Some are curious and accept a Bible course when it is offered directly to them. In contrast, others are not initially determined to explore new ideas. What can we do to tell them the truth? Some experienced publishers find it helpful to start an informal conversation, take an interest in the person, and then, at a convenient time, tell them how putting a particular biblical principle into practice helped them.

The first thing that attracts many people is the wise advice of the Bible (Eccl. 7:12). In New York, a sister visiting those who speak Mandarin Chinese recounts: “I try to be interested in people and listen to them. If I find out that they have just arrived in the country, I ask them questions such as how they are doing, if they have already found work and how they are being treated ”. Sometimes this opens the door for you to have a Bible conversation. When appropriate, the sister adds, “What would you say is the key for all of us to get along? May I show you a proverb from the Bible? He says: 'The principle of the contest is like someone who gives free flow to the waters; therefore, before the quarrel has broken out, withdraw. ' Do you think this advice can help us get along with others? " (Prov. 17:14).
What does a brother from the Far East do to help people who say they don't believe in God?
What can we say to those who say they don't believe in God? A brother from the Far East who has a lot of experience preaching to non-religious people explains: “Usually when someone here says they don't believe in God it means they don't believe that traditional gods should be worshiped. I usually tell him that I agree that most gods are not real, but are made by man. I usually read Jeremiah 16:20 to him, which says: 'Can earthly man become gods when they are not gods?' Then I ask him how we can distinguish a true god from the gods that man has made. I listen carefully to their response and read Isaiah 41:23: 'Report on the things that are to come later, so that we know that you are gods.' Then I show you something that Jehovah predicted for the future. "
What can we learn from the example of a brother from East Asia?
Let's see what a brother from East Asia does when he visits people again. He explains: “I show you examples of the wisdom of the Bible, of prophecies that have been fulfilled, and of laws that govern the universe. Then I help them see how all of this shows that there is a living and intelligent Creator. When the person accepts the possibility that God exists, then I begin to show him what the Bible says about Jehovah.
