PUBLISHER: Good morning, I am glad to find you at home, my name is () and we are talking to all the people and asking them an interesting question, Is suffering a punishment from God?

HOUSEHOLDER: Well, I don't think so, rather I think that suffering is something that we all have to go through.

PUBLISHER: That is true, no one can escape suffering, but when some people go through difficult times and think that it is a form of punishment, if we went through difficult times, do you think we would think the same as them?

HOUSEHOLDER: Well, in tough situations you can think about a lot of things.

PUBLISHER: That's right, we could come to think that, but in the Bible we find a statement that James made, here in James 1:13, read it please.

HOUSEHOLDER: Well, it says...

PUBLISHER: Thanks for reading, in a part of the verse it says that God cannot be tested, is that so?

HOUSEHOLDER: That is impossible, no human can put God to the test.

PUBLISHER: Exactly, but did you notice what it says at the end?

HOUSEHOLDER: He says he doesn't test people.

PUBLISHER: Correct, and then we see that God is incapable of putting tests through suffering, before this another question arises, then why do we suffer? Is it okay if another day what the Bible says?

HOUSEHOLDER: Sure, of course.
