10. What do you learn from Elie's experience?

16. Why must you be determined to continue fighting with your weaknesses?

Because we love Jehovah we want to please him and we know that he is not going to change his rules to please us but we have to conform to his rules.

And also as Colossians 3:9 and 10 says, it is Jehovah who asks us to remove that old personality and it is that he has the right to do so because he is our creator and our father and it is worth mentioning that Jehovah does not tell us by mere whim he He tells us because he loves us because he knows that if we change that old personality it will be good for us.
