What pressures was the young woman in the video enduring?

Our young sister was enduring pressures in school, since they taught her about evolution and that teaching was confusing her, so much so that sometimes she felt that this teaching made sense, and as if that were not enough, they also pressured her to join a sports team and also why think about your future.

For example, he faced having to listen to teachings in school that do not agree with what the Bible says, such as the theory of evolution, and also the pressure to join a sports team and to think about going to a prestigious university.

Of course, she had the theory of evolution in class and some things sounded logical to her, even though she knew that the Bible teaches otherwise, she was also offered a place at the university because she was a very good student and the teachers advised her to join the sports club. 

How can study tools help you deal with similar situations?

They can help us a lot, because if we have a deep study of the Bible and analyze the questions that bother us more thoroughly, we will find answers that strengthen our faith and help us make good decisions. For example, in the video we see that the young woman dispels the doubt that she had at first and then, we see that she testifies about that in class with more confidence.

If we have a question, we can investigate the study guide in the online library, since  these tools that the organization makes available to us can only help us if we analyze it thoroughly and personally viewing this video teaches me that many times it is not It helps us that we have studied about a subject if not many times perhaps we have to go back and remember and see how Jehovah's point of view. 

How does it benefit us to spend time studying and researching before making a decision? (Heb 5:13, 14).

Well, it benefits us a lot because we do dedicate time to study and investigate, because we will become mature people in a spiritual sense and therefore our perceptive faculties will be very well trained to distinguish good from bad.

Yes, I really like how it was shown here in the video, how she first asked her mother for help and explained the situation, but the mother not only gave her her ideas, but also made her read a biblical text where she showed her the importance of her she had to mature spiritually and she also had to deepen in the word of Jehovah, so when she does this she really convinces herself of the truth and leads her to act in a positive way.

Verse 14 of chapter 5 of Hebrews says that these people come to train their ability to discern and finally distinguish what is good from what is bad, then this is achieved only with good personal study and meditation.

Can you think of ways to do more in the ministry at Memorial time?

My goals

One of them is that I want to participate regularly in the territory and another on an exact day for the cart in preaching, also to write letters from now on, for people who are not at home making the invitation to the commemoration.

Look at all the contacts we have of all the people we know and make a list of the people we want to invite to the commemoration.

Make a plan and adapt the day and also already make the decision to be a 15-hour auxiliary pioneer and try to do the hours that one has to do a few months before or start now.

And the plans I have have been to work less and make the most of my time preaching, for example, in the afternoon, make return visits both at home and by phone and that will help me continue praising Jehovah.

Steps I must take to achieve them

First of all we must make a Prayer, to ask that Jehovah bless this goal.

And in that prayer we could talk to Jehovah about the plans we have and be specific, for example if we set a goal to get Bible studies, we should be specific with Jehovah and tell him that we want to conduct Bible studies.

The next step could be to organize our time and prepare presentations offering Biblical courses, since preparing ourselves is more likely that our goal will be met. For example, we could ask a mature or trusted brother to help us demonstrate a Bible Course and tell us what we need to improve on.

And finally we would strive to put into practice what we learned in the Ministry.
