Those of us who trust in Jehovah will not have to fear, since we can have firm confidence that Jehovah is our refuge even though no matter what happens around us, Jehovah will always give us the strength we need.

Psalm 46:1. Such as the economy, health, a carnal weakness, the death of a loved one. So we are not saying that you should not use one over the other, both options are valid, but it is good to become skilled, whether in digital or on paper.

Psalm 45:2. He says of the sons of men, you are the most handsome, pleasant words flow from your lips. This teaches us that physical beauty attracts, impacts, but can also excite or disappoint, if there is no inner beauty that is often reflected through kind words, kind words. Perhaps it has not happened that you have met people who physically may be very attractive or attractive, but in their way of being, their personality, they are very rude people, without empathy, very proud, perhaps they insult others or treat others badly. So that dulls the outer beauty, but the opposite is also true.

Psalm 45:2. Many times the best victory in a battle is the one that is not fought. and this is not cowardice, that is maturity and wisdom.

Psalm 45:2 teaches us about enjoying teaching others about the Bible, someone may enjoy what they do or someone may do it just to get by, but if we put enthusiasm and heart into our teaching like Jesus did. Without a doubt we can imagine Jesus' enthusiasm reflected on his face and his eyes shining, showing his lively interest in what he was teaching. It must have been a delight, a true pleasure, to listen to Jesus. Let us then follow his magnificent example when talking to others. from the heart of what we have learned.

Psalm 45:8. It teaches us a practical lesson that we can apply in our lives as Christians and it has to do with adorning our teaching by taking care of our physical appearance, of course avoiding extremes, as well as the state of our publications or devices, as something dignified and clean.

Psalm 46:1, 2. This means that I care what happens around us, God will always give us strength. We can be sure that Jehovah can and wants to help us, no matter what problem we face.
