Well, they do a job that may not be seen much but that is very necessary and I pay close attention to the fact that the majority of them are of all ages, but they are young and that impresses me even more.
The thing is that thanks to them we can fully enjoy the meetings, because some are in charge of the safety of the brothers, now that there is so much crime in handling the audio and video equipment. What would a meeting be without this, and if the venue is very large? or even if it is small, the effort that must be made, to be heard by brothers on larger occasions, serve as ushers, maintain the Kingdom Hall, etc. There are so many things to thank these brothers for.
The elderly
Well, they fulfill the work of evangelizers, judges and pastors, they are examples of teaching and preaching well in the Ministry.

We value it a lot because they take care of us like shepherds, like a mother something like that, that they always take care of all of us and so we are always grateful and we have to give back what they have given us, so that we can all enjoy this spiritual banquet.
They also strive to help those who have committed serious sins to regain their friendship with Jehovah and present well-prepared Bible talks, make shepherding visits and collaborate on some special committees, which is why we were told not to overload the work they do. Circuit Overseers
