When reading the Bible, it is important to analyze the context of the passage. We can ask ourselves: Who wrote this passage, at what time in history, and for whom was it written? This will help us better understand its purpose. We can also consider: What were the circumstances in which it was written? What happened before and after the story? These questions will allow us to grasp the full meaning of the message and apply its teachings more effectively in our lives.

When I read the Bible, I ask myself questions like: Who wrote this passage and why did they write it? Who was it addressed to and what situation were they experiencing? I also think about what the people in the story felt and how I can relate to them. For example, I ask myself what positive qualities I can imitate and what mistakes I should avoid.
Proverbs 2:4, 5 encourages us to “dig” through the scriptures as if searching for treasure. This reminds us that, to better understand Jehovah's will, we must persevere and delve deeper into his word. It is a worthwhile effort, because it brings us closer to God and his wisdom.
What tools can you use to find the answers?
Today, we have access to digital tools like JW Library and jw.org, where we find publications, videos, and articles that explain the Scriptures in detail. Additionally, Christian meetings and association with spiritual brothers are an excellent tool as we can exchange ideas.

To find the answers, I can use several tools, such as Bible concordance, which helps me find related passages, and Bible commentaries that explain the historical and cultural context. I can also consult other Bible translations to clarify meanings and seek help from online resources or from brothers in the congregation.
When reading the Bible, we must not only understand what it says, but also how it applies to our lives. The examples of people in the Bible, whether positive or negative, offer us practical lessons that we can use to improve our relationship with Jehovah and with others.

Abel's faith led him to act bravely. I, too, can strengthen my faith by trusting in Jehovah at all times, even if others do not, knowing that He sees my efforts and values them.
