Publisher(s): Good morning, ma'am. I'm [Name], a Jehovah's Witness. Would you mind if I shared a message of hope with you?

Assistant: Buenos días, no hablo ingles.

Publisher(s): (Think: Oh, he doesn't speak English. Good thing I have an Spanish video on my phone to show him! That way he'll understand our message a little.)

(The publisher takes out his cell phone and shows the woman a short video from jw.org in Spanish.)

Assistant: (The lady watches the video closely and begins to smile, showing pleasure at what she sees.)
