What gift did Jehovah and Jesus give us?
The ransom and eternal life: Jesus left heaven to die for us. Thanks to this, we have the opportunity to regain perfection and live forever in paradise, just as Jehovah originally intended.
The hope of the resurrection: Jesus' sacrifice means that death is not the end. Jehovah promises that we will be able to hug and laugh with our loved ones who have died again, eliminating the pain of loss.
Forgiveness and friendship with God: Because we are imperfect, Christ's sacrifice is the only way to cleanse our conscience and forgive our sins. This allows us to enjoy, right now, a personal relationship with Jehovah.

Jehovah gave us the greatest gift by sending his Son, Jesus, to give his life for us. And Jesus also gave us this gift because he was willing to die out of love. Thanks to that, we have the opportunity to live forever and to have our sins forgiven.
Jehovah showed us how much he loves us by giving us his Son as a ransom. This is something very special, because no human could have done something like that for us. Only God could give a gift of that magnitude, giving up someone so precious. This shows us that he truly cares for us and wants us to have a good future.
Jesus also played a very important role, because he willingly gave his life. No one forced him; he did it out of love for his Father and also out of love for us. Knowing this touches our hearts, because it means he was willing to suffer so that we might have a chance at life.
Thanks to that gift, we not only have hope for the future, but it also helps us in the present. For example, when we make mistakes, we can approach Jehovah with confidence, knowing that he can forgive us because of Jesus’ sacrifice. That gives us great peace and relief.
It is such a precious gift because it opens the door to a perfect life in the future. It gives us the hope of living without sickness, pain, and death. Thinking about that motivates us to keep going and not give up, because we know that Jehovah has something far better in store for us.
How can we thank them for their sacrifice?
Attending the Memorial: It is a way to show appreciation. By being present at the most sacred event of the year, we publicly demonstrate that we deeply value Jehovah’s love and the sacrifice of his Son.
Devoting ourselves to Bible study: We show gratitude when we strive to learn about Jehovah’s personality and apply his principles, just like the mother in the video, who, despite being tired, decided to attend the Memorial to learn more about Jehovah and his Son.
Sharing with others: By inviting others to meetings and telling them about the promise of eternal life, we demonstrate that God's gift has transformed our lives and that we want others to receive it too.

We can show our gratitude by obeying Jehovah, doing what pleases him, and striving to follow Jesus' example. We can also show our gratitude by speaking to others about this gift and appreciating it in our daily lives.
We can show our gratitude by demonstrating through our actions that we value this gift. It is not enough to simply say “thank you”; our gratitude must be reflected in our way of life. For example, by making choices that please Jehovah, even when it is not easy.
We can also show it by striving to improve every day. We all have weaknesses, but when we strive to change and do what is right, we demonstrate that we appreciate Jesus' sacrifice and don't take it for granted.
Another very important way is by sharing in the preaching work. When we talk to others about this precious gift, we show that we appreciate it and that we want more people to benefit from it and come to know Jehovah’s love.
And a key element is maintaining a close friendship with Jehovah. We can do this by praying sincerely, studying the Bible, and meditating on what he has done for us. The more we strengthen that relationship, the more we show our gratitude for the gift he has given us.
