Analysis of Lesson 90: Jesus Dies on Golgotha
Why did Pilate allow Jesus to be killed?
Pilate allowed Jesus to be killed because, although he saw that Jesus had done nothing wrong and wanted to release him, he yielded to the pressure of the crowd, who shouted, “Kill him! Kill him!” and “Nail him to the cross!” So Pilate handed Jesus over to be executed.

What does this account teach us about Jehovah?
This account teaches us that Jehovah deeply loves mankind and was willing to allow his Son to suffer and die to give us the opportunity for eternal life. It also teaches us that Jehovah always fulfills his purpose and supports those who are faithful to him.
From Jesus’ example we learn to forgive others, even when they treat us badly, to care about the needs of others, and to remain faithful to Jehovah even in the midst of difficulties. We also see the importance of trusting in God’s promises, such as the hope of Paradise.
What practical lessons can we learn?

Analysis of Lesson 91: The Resurrection of Jesus
What happened when the women went to Jesus' tomb?
When some women went to Jesus' tomb early one morning, they discovered that someone had rolled away the stone covering the entrance and that the tomb was open. Inside the tomb was an angel who told them not to be afraid, that Jesus had risen from the dead, and to tell the disciples to go to Galilee to meet him.

When the women went to the tomb early that morning, they found that the stone sealing the entrance had been rolled away and the tomb was empty. There, an angel informed them that Jesus had risen and instructed them to tell the disciples the news. Later, Mary Magdalene had the privilege of seeing the risen Jesus herself and went to tell the other disciples what she had seen.
Matthew 28:5 shows that the angel reassured the women and gave them an important assignment. Even though they were frightened and confused, they received words that strengthened their faith. This teaches us that Jehovah knows how to comfort us in difficult times and that he can also entrust us with valuable responsibilities in his service.
Mark 16:6 highlights that the empty tomb was proof that Jesus had been resurrected. What seemed like a sad and hopeless situation became a demonstration of Jehovah's power. This event strengthened the disciples' confidence and confirmed that God's promises are always fulfilled.
John 20:11-18 reveals Mary Magdalene's profound love and loyalty. Although deeply saddened by Jesus' death, she never stopped seeking answers or straying from the tomb. Her faithfulness was rewarded when she became one of the first people to see the resurrected Jesus and received a special assignment.

On the road to Emmaus, two disciples were walking from Jerusalem to Emmaus when a man joined them and asked what they were talking about. They explained that three days earlier, the chief priests had Jesus killed, and now some women were saying that he was alive.
Then the man explained the Scriptures to them and showed them that Christ had to die and then be resurrected. Later, when they were having dinner in Emmaus and he prayed over the bread, the disciples realized it was Jesus, but then he disappeared.

In this way, he strengthened his disciples' confidence and dispelled many of their doubts.
