Setting: The publisher is preaching publicly in a park when he notices a woman in a hurry drop a folder of documents. Seeing that the woman is picking up the papers alone and no one else is stopping to help her, the publisher immediately acts and offers her assistance. During the interaction, the woman expresses admiration for the publisher's cooperative and kind attitude, which leads to a meaningful conversation about Christian qualities.

Publisher: Excuse me, ma'am, let me help you pick up the papers. (He bends down and starts helping her pick them up.)

Assistant: Thank you so much for helping me. I dropped them because I was in a hurry to get to work.

Publisher: It was a pleasure, ma'am. I'm glad I could help you.

Assistant: Look, two more people came by and no one helped me, but you didn't hesitate for a second to come over. I can tell you're a Jehovah's Witness from the display. Why do you always have such a peaceful and cooperative attitude in a world where everyone is focused on themselves?

Publisher: I fully understand your question and your concern about people's attitudes today. Would you allow me to read you a scripture that explains why Jehovah's Witnesses strive for the attitude you describe?

Assistant: Sure, I'd like to hear it.

Publisher: It's in Galatians 5:22, 23. It says, “The fruit of the Spirit is love, happiness, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

Assistant: How interesting.

Publisher: As Christians, we strive to put these qualities of the fruit of the Spirit into practice in our daily lives. Therefore, we try to be kind and help others whenever we can.

Assistant: How wonderful! Imagine if we all put those qualities into practice, everything would be so different. (Looking at his watch) Oh, I'd love to keep talking, but I really have to get to work.

Publisher: I understand perfectly. But if you'd like, we could exchange phone numbers so we can continue talking another day when we have more time.

Assistant: I think that's excellent. I'd very much like to continue this conversation. (They exchange numbers.)

Publisher: Perfect. Have a great day at work.

Assistant: Thank you so much for everything. It was a pleasure meeting you. Have a nice day.
